Hi, I’m Dinah—welcome to my website! I’m deeply passionate about equipping, empowering, and inspiring church leaders to fulfill their God-given calling with excellence. For over 25 years, I had the privilege of serving in ministry leadership, including 19 years as a Director of Ministry Operations and a Leadership Coach for a 1,500-member church in central Illinois. During that time, I worked alongside pastors and leaders to build systems and develop teams from the “streets to the seats” that align with the mission and vision of the church.

Colossians 3:23 has been a guiding principle in my life and ministry: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” This commitment to excellence is the foundation of everything I do, whether leading teams, serving the church, or empowering others to fulfill their calling.

In addition to my love for church leadership, I am also passionate about the Word of God! Since 1990, I have facilitated virtual and in-person inductive Bible study groups for Precept Ministries International. It has been one of my greatest joys—as it combines my love for Scripture and teaching with the chance to see others deepen their faith. I firmly believe that a deep understanding of God’s Word is essential for effective leadership and transformational ministry.

I bring that same passion, heart and expertise to Excel Ministry, offering coaching, training, and consulting services to help church leaders and teams to excel in ministry. I understand the unique challenges leaders face, and I’m passionate about equipping them with practical strategies and personalized solutions to navigate the complexities of ministry with confidence and clarity.

As a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and a Maxwell Certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant, I can also offer additional tools and insights to help leaders grow, build healthy teams, and create operational excellence that supports their mission. My goal is to be a trusted partner for church leaders, helping them strengthen their ministries and impact their communities. When I’m not working, I enjoy hanging out with my three adult daughters and grandchildren. I also love to travel, read, crochet, outdoor walking, and trying out new restaurants when I am not trying out a new recipe in the kitchen.
