Hi, I'm Dinah. Welcome.

For 26 years I served one church, from lay volunteer in 1998 to Director of Ministry Operations at St. Paul Baptist Church in Peoria, Illinois, a congregation of over 1,500 members. I built the systems and led the teams that moved people from the streets to the seats and into leadership.

Since 1990 I have facilitated inductive Bible study groups with Precept Ministries International, in person and online. Scripture study shapes how I lead and how I train other leaders.

In 2025 I started Excel Ministry Solutions. I coach and train senior pastors, staff and lay leaders at churches of 500 to 1,500 members, helping them build the same operational systems that sustained one of the healthiest adult ministries in central Illinois. I hold certifications as a John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker, and as a Maxwell DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant.

Outside work I spend time with my three daughters and grandchildren, and enjoy travel, reading and cooking.
